What types of apartments do you offer?
We offer both studio and 1 bedroom apartments.

How can I schedule a tour?
Tours need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by contacting Lauren LeRoy at 920-888-7446 or Lauren@parkplace-holdings.com.

How do I apply?
Click here to access our lease application online and get started. There is a $25 application fee and we generally have the results to you within a few days of completion. What furnishings are included in each apartment?
Each unit comes fully equipped, decorated and move-in ready with a refrigerator, stove, television, cabinets, lighting, bed with all bedding, seating, lamps, hangers, trash can, towels, bathroom accessories and kitchen cookware, drinkware, silverware and utensils.

What is 1101-1111 E. South River's pet policy?
Emotional support animals (ESA) are allowed on the property, but general pets are not allowed.

Are utilities included?
Electricity is separately metered and paid by tenants. Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash Removal and Internet Service are all included with your rent.

How do we do laundry?
We offer a washer and dryer onsite that can be utilized anytime by residents.

How long of a lease do I have to sign?
The apartments can be leased for as short as one month and as long as one year based on your needs.

Do you accept Section 8 housing vouchers?
1101-1111 E. South River is not accepting Section 8 housing choice vouchers. The rent at our micro-units is affordably priced and aligns with the rent of other comparable furnished apartments in the Fox Valley.

What leasing company manages 1101-1111 E. South River?
1101-1111 E. South River is managed in-house by Park Place Holdings, which also owns the building. They are an experienced, local real estate company with an excellent track record of caring for buildings and tenants. Park Place Holdings maintains a stellar reputation for stewardship and a tenant-focused approach.
